RENO, Nev., June 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AMERCO (Nasdaq: UHAL), the parent of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, on June 4, 2015, declared a special cash dividend on its Common Stock of $1.00 per share. The dividend will be payable July 1, 2015 to holders of record on June 19, 2015.
