What is the difference between "UHAL" and "UHAL.B"?
The Company's Voting Common Stock trades as "UHAL" and the Company's Non-Voting Common Stock trades as "UHAL.B". Specific terms of the Non-Voting Common Stock are set forth in the Certificate of Designation filed with the Nevada Secretary of State.
Does the Company pay dividends on its common stock?
Yes. The Company has a dividend policy on its Series N Non-Voting Common Stock (NYSE: UHAL.B) to pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share.
The dividend policy may be reviewed, modified or terminated from time to time at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
The Company does not have a dividend policy on the Voting Common Stock (NYSE:UHAL). The Board of Directors may issue a special dividend at its discretion. The holders of shares of Non-Voting Common Stock are entitled to receive on a per share basis dividends or distributions no less than the Company may pay from time to time on the Voting Common Stock.

AMERCO is the former name of the Company. Incorporated in 1969, “AMERCO” was replaced by “U-Haul Holding Company” on Dec. 19, 2022.
